Be aware folks I bought the car from here they announced structural damage only ! Also car had engine problems and body works . After I fixed the car they send title and I realized car is salvaged title and even odometer is not actual! I called arbitration first of all they said you bought the car as -is and you cannot complain about title brand or odometer which is completely wrong ! And they didn’t accept because I bought the car more than two weeks .
Pretty good place. Fees are a little high... but it's friendly and professional.

Carvana was very easy to sell the car. Brought the car, title, etc to our 11am appointment. We signed and left in less than 10 minutes.
Im Transporter the securiti at the main gate dont want open or close the back door or trunk when hi inpect the car, im going all sunday and hi is a black guy mayby haitian or african, , please tell de manager or owner
We purchased one vehicle that was showing two keys in the picture and also in the description, and in the bill of sale, but arrived with only one, I call them to find out where the other key and the guy from the Key Department (Alfredo) says they not guarantee another key, if has one is already good enough, that's very annoying. Don't make sense at all.Very disappointed with them.
Driver here. Love the staff. They are big on safety. I love this considering l was hit 3 times in 13 months at Manheim. Which left my health in bad shape. I felt safe here. They care about everyone's safety. If it rains it floods in some areas.
Buyer's fees are too high. With such high fees you would think the place would be in better shape and more organized. More than half the vehicles at yesterday's auction didn't have run number stickers on the windows. The vehicle were not parked in an orderly manner. What a mess!!!
Take your money elsewhere!!! They don't care about the customers, high fees,not a care in the world for the vehicle's I've had multiple problems with them over the years and enough is enough if weren't for Brandon Ford and Lakeland Toyota nobody would even bother wasting their time there people tamper with vehicles often because nobody cares,good luck finding your vehicles, cars don't have gas on auction day,flat tires on auction day,one time they didn't have enough drivers for the lanes, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE there is barley any inventory for a reason.
